 		アラックです。
ご無沙汰しております。
伊豆は水温２１度位です、自分のスーツが裂けているのいで、レンタルで潜ってブルブル震えています。
でも、日本は３５度を超える猛暑で陸上は大変です。
でも、毎日１時間以上は走っています。
昨日、我が町・伊勢原でダイヤモンド大山を撮影しました。
２１年住んでいて初めてでした。
